It does hold enough in heavy days. It comfortable and feels good to wear. The discomfort of pad i can see now since I started using this panty. On super heavy days it requires to change twice in a day which is mostly once or two per period cycle. Loving it and feeling happy that I am contributing to the safety of our environment.
