Exchange Policy:
Due to the intimate nature of our products and to maintain the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept size exchanges for used items. We believe in providing you with products that prioritize your well-being.
Refunds:
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we are committed to making it right. We offer refunds for items with manufacturing defects or quality issues. Follow these steps to initiate a refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product:
Notify us promptly with your order number and clear images showing the defect. This will help us assess the issue more efficiently.
2. Return the defective item within 10 days:
After receiving approval for the refund, please return the defective item within 10 days of the approval date. DM us for the the details. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
3. Refund processing:
Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exclusions:
Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the criteria for a defective product, or if the defect is a result of misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
