How To Use Locoh Panties
Put them on
Put them on just like regular underwear. The four-layer protection will keep you feeling secure and confident. And comfortable, obviously. On your first try, please wear them in a safe environment so you can see how long you can wear them for.
Change after 8-12 hours
It all depends on your flow and the day you wear them, but generally we recommend wearing them from anywhere from 8-12 hours, hygiene wise. If your period is lighter, great. If heavier, wear it for lesser hours.
Rinse in cold water
As soon as you take them off: rinse the panties with cold water. The blood runs out in the first 2 minutes.
Do not soak it in water as that affects the absorbent technology. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.
Care
Hand wash them with detergent to clean the underwear. Machine washing is possible, but use a gentle cycle. Once washed, air-dry the panties or hang them in a well-ventilated area. Avoid drying them with a dryer.
